Clissold Park Full Body Strength
Inclusive strength-based classes using a long loop band!
Service Description
Come and join me for an in-person session in the Clissold Park (London, N16)! I'll be coaching you through a 45 minute full body strength workout using a long resistance band. I highly recommend using a band for this session, but you can also join in using body weight. This session is focused on building all-round functional strength and will also get your heart pumping! Time includes a warm up together at the start. Ability: • all abilities and fitness levels welcome. What to bring: • long resistance band • water • towel • positive energy! If you don't have a long band and would like to use one, send me a message in the contact form and I can lend you one on the day (subject to availability) or I can recommend where you can buy one. If you have any concerns or questions, please do send me a message either in the booking form or contact form on the homepage. Important note: if the session is not able to go ahead in-person (due to the weather), it will be done through Zoom at the scheduled time. Alternatively, you can save your credit for a future in-person class. I will send an email a couple of hours before the session to confirm exact location and further information (check your junk if you haven't received the email an hour before!)
