Work with me one-on-one and I will help you achieve your fitness goals!

I specialise in strength and mobility training to improve movement, performance and to reduce injury risk.

 

I don't focus on aesthetics or weight loss – but that is often a nice side effect if that's a goal! 

 

​Sessions take place online or at select London parks.

​

The first session includes a thorough consultation and assessment, after which I will take you through your perfectly personalised training programme.

I'm currently fully booked for personal training.

How it works

Initial Chat

Drop me a message via the contact form (red button at top) to express your interest. I'll be in touch to set up an initial chat to find out what you're looking to get out of personal training and whether I can help!

First session

This will take place one-on-one online or in a park (to be agreed). We'll go over any questions as needed and I'll observe your movement and strength. You'll also get a taste of what sessions together are like!

Follow-up

You'll get all the details and forms to fill in so that I have the info I need to programme a safe and effective personalised programme for you. We'll also schedule the first session!

Programme block

Sessions are one-to-one in 4-week or 6-week blocks (online or in-person – to be agreed). I'll use all the info from the first session and forms to create a completely bespoke programme for you to get you achieving your goals!
