In this class we focus on excellent form, building strength across key movement patterns at your level, as well as a short sweaty finisher at the end to improve fitness!
My aim is for everyone to leave the class feeling great, as well as learning a bit more about your bodies. Come each week and find out how much stronger and fitter you can get!
This is a great all-round workout in of itself, and is also perfect to complement your sport, running, yoga practice, HIIT classes, etc. and help you stay strong and injury-free while doing the things you love.

Ability and accessibility
All abilities and fitness levels welcome from total beginners to those who are more advanced. I will show you progressions and variations to make sure you get the right level of challenge for you!
I am committed to making my classes as accessible as possible. If you would like to join in and have a particular accessibility requirement please do let me know and I will try my very best to accommodate it!
Recommended equipment varies each session. You don't need any equipment to join in, and you can get a good workout with just your body weight. However, as you progress, I would highly recommend using equipment to keep you progressing and building your strength and fitness.
I would recommend a long loop resistance band as a great piece of starter equipment – which you will be able to use for many exercises and as you progress.
I also use weights (a kettlebell and/or dumbbells) and a short loop resistance band.
What to expect after you've booked
I send an email out around 30 mins before the class with the equipment details, exercises we'll be going through, as well as a link to the Spotify playlist you can blast out at your end. Join at 6pm sharp for a demo of the exercises plus a chance to ask any questions. If you're a regular or you're familiar wit the exercises, you can join at/ just before 6.10pm to go straight into the warm up. I keep an eye on your form (if you choose to turn your video on!) and coach you through the session.
You will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link to the class upon booking. Please check your junk if you don't receive it!
