Class info

I'll coach you through a 45 minute Full Body Strength workout using a long resistance band! This session will challenge your entire body, whether you're a complete beginner or advanced. Come and join in for a fun and effective strength-based workout!

This class will improve your strength, mobility, stability and fitness to support the activities you love doing as well as daily life!

Booking shuts at 3pm the day before the class. There needs to be at least 5 people booked for the session to go ahead.

Ability and accessibility

All abilities and fitness levels are welcome from total beginners to those who are more advanced. I will show you progressions and variations to make sure you get the right level of challenge for you! 

I am committed to making my classes as accessible as possible. If you would like to join in and have a particular accessibility requirement please do let me know and I will try my very best to accommodate it! 


What to bring

• long resistance band

• water 

• towel

• positive energy!


If you don't have a long band and would like to use one, note this down when booking and I can lend you one on the day (subject to availability) or I can recommend where you can buy one.

What to expect after you've booked

You should receive a confirmation email after you've booked (please check your junk if you don't receive one). I will send an email the evening before the session to confirm the exact location and further information.


If the session is not able to go ahead (e.g. due to extreme weather), I will cancel the session at least 1 hour ahead of the scheduled time and you will receive a full refund. Please make sure you check your phone and email (including junk) to see if the session is going ahead before you make your way to the park.
